Agreement
These services, provided for you by the owner of MakeMeShare.com (“Service
Provider”), are the subject of current Agreement. By using the services provided
by Service Provider you agree to comply with, and to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may change at any time; it is your
responsibility to check Terms and Conditions for changes.
Your registration
obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about
you. If you provide any information that Service Provider has reasonable ground
to suspend that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or
incomplete, Service Provider has the right to terminate your advertisement and
refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
Prohibited conduct
You agree that you will not use Service Provider's services for posting Content
or links to Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing,
tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of
privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or
otherwise objectionable. Service Provider has the right to refuse to place, and
the right to remove, any Content that violates the Terms and Conditions, or any
other content.
You can not offer for sale, or
offer services related to, any of the following items:
- Hazardous Materials, Combustibles, Corrosives
- Mailing Lists
- Credit Card Protection Services
- Shell Hosting Accounts
- Satellite Signal Decoding Products, Cards and Card Programming
- Cable Converter Boxes
- Firearms, Explosives, or Weapons; any Dangerous Items
- Controlled Substances
- Any items that are indecent or obscene, that are hateful or racially,
sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, that contain child pornography,
that are otherwise pornographic in nature, or are harmful to minors
- Live animals and animal products prohibited for trading by US, Canadian, UK,
and/or international law
- Any products and/or services prohibited by US, Canadian, UK, and/or
international law
- Any items that violate or infringe the rights of other parties.
Content of
Advertisements
You agree that Service Provider is not responsible
for the credibility or any other aspect of the content of advertisements
published on
Service Provider's website(s).
No Resale Policy
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or copy the Service or any portion of it.
The above statement does not apply, however, to the very idea of pixel
advertising, which belongs to public domain.
You agree that you can not re-sale your advertisement(s) on our website(s) to
third parties.
Service Modification or
Discontinuance
You agree that Service Provider can modify the Service or any part
thereof. Service Provider guarantees the display of your advertisement for 5
years from the moment it appears on this website. Any disruptions of the Service
that cause the website to go offline will be reimbursed by adding missing time
to the end of your advertising period. You also agree that the domain address of
the website you advertise on may change at any time.
Responsibility
You agree that Service Provider is not responsible for any loss or damage
incurred as a result of dealing with information placed on
Service Provider's website(s),
or any other web service operated by Service Provider. Service Provider is not
responsible neither for the content of advertisements placed at this website,
nor for the information that you find through any of the provided links. |
